Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and marked as shipped, responsibility for delivery rests solely with the carrier.

Luke Lola Candles is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is strongly recommended and may be offered at checkout. Customers who decline shipping insurance assume full responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
